Very good article. I just wanted to note for everyone to make sure they are careful and read the IRS rules when they are making certain deductions. For example, with mortgages, you can only deduct a portion of your mortgage, and you have to set aside a portion of your house that's entirely used for business purposes. For other things like cell phone bills, you can only deduct the percentage that you use the item for business. For example, if you use it 70% for personal use, you can only deduct 30% of the cost for business use. However, as Mr. Abhyankar said, its still extremely profitable if done correctly.
